Finishing Touch Flooring Ltd was founded in 2009 by Chris Naylor, a seasoned flooring specialist with extensive experience working for several national flooring chains. Driven by a desire to provide a higher standard of customer service than he had seen in the industry, Chris established Finishing Touch Flooring with a clear vision: to deliver expert flooring solutions paired with exceptional customer care.

With over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Chris is a certified Master Installer through both Quickstep and Floorskills. His extensive expertise and attention to detail have earned him a strong reputation for excellence. Chris has personally selected a team of highly skilled tradespeople and industry experts to ensure Finishing Touch Flooring customers receive exceptional service, expert advice, and the highest standards in flooring solutions.

Gary Parkes – Shop Manager
Gary brings more than 30 years of comprehensive experience to Finishing Touch Flooring. His career has spanned hands-on floor installation as well as leadership roles in several major national flooring chains. Gary’s in-depth industry knowledge and management expertise make him an invaluable asset to the team and a trusted resource for our customers.

We recently had new lounge, stairs and hall carpet fitted by Richard. Communication, measuring and the pre-fitting admin with Gary was excellent.

I first used finishing touch flooring about 10 years ago when they did the flooring of my business. I can safely say 10 years on it still looks as good as the day they did it. Recently I purchased a new build property and Chris and his team have done an amazing job fitting carpets upstairs and on the hallway and a herringbone vinyl tiles all the way through the downstairs. The quality of the work is beyond reproach they were professional clean tidy and on schedule. It even came in £250 less than the quote. This to me shows just how honest this company is.
