Chris Naylor owner of Finishing Touch Flooring previously worked as a flooring fitter for a number of national flooring chains. Having grown frustrated working for companies that at best offered limited customer service and care Finishing Touch Flooring Ltd was established in 2009 by Chris to offer customers a complete flooring service to match his expert flooring fitting skills.
